Overall, higher concentrations of TSLP were measured significantly more often in samples collected at 10 days postpartum (p < 0.001 from ordinal logistic regression clustered by individual). Also on subgroup analysis, TSLP concentrations were significantly higher at 10 days in both the probiotic group (p < 0.001) and placebo group (p = 0.005)
