Toll-like Receptor (TLR) mRNA expression by primary nasal epithelial cells from 10 healthy patients undergoing turbinectomy (n = 10). TLR 1-10 mRNA expression was analyzed by quantitative RT-PCR. Results were normalized using GAPDH as endogenous control. Expression changes are presented as 2−ΔCt × 105 indicating the difference in threshold cycle between the housekeeping gene GAPDH and the investigated TLR gene
