Dendritic cell -T cell responses to peanut proteins ex vivo. Bone marrow derived dendritic cells were pulsed overnight with PE, Ara h 1, 2, 3 or 6. Hereafter, these dendritic cells were incubated for 72 h with splenic CD4+ T cells derived from mice immunized with PE, Ara h 1, 2, 3 or 6. Graphs depict levels of IL-5 and IL-13 after stimulation.
