Impact of cutaneous pre-exposition on further oral exposure to milk +/− CT. Mice pre-exposed via the cutaneous route to PBS, BLG or milk received 6 mg of milk proteins in the presence () or absence () of CT (n = 7-8/group) according to the protocol depicted in Figure 1. Serum samples were collected at day 83 and BLG-specific IgE (A) and IgG1 (B) antibodies were quantified on individual serum samples. *p < 0.05, **p < 0.01, ***p < 0.001 using Kruskal-Wallis and Dunn’s multiple comparison post test when compared to naive group.
