A) Inhibition of the IgE-binding to purified Sin a 2 of the pool of sera (1/5 diluted) from the group 1 of patients using as inhibitors BSA (20 μg/ml), Sin a 2 (20 μg/ml), almond, hazelnut, pistachio, walnut and peanut protein extracts (1 mg/ml). B) Inhibition of IgE-binding to almond, hazelnut, pistachio, walnut and peanut extracts (50 μg of total protein per lane) of the pool of sera from group 1 (1/5 diluted) using as inhibitors BSA (control) or purified Sin a 2 (20 μg/ml).
